Just had the most incredible meal at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. Really phenomenal and I am so thankful that I was able to come here. This #bowtie is made from micro greens (freshly cut), a carrot stem/leaves, and a mushroom and beer vinaigrette whoopie pie. Amazing!
